I had never made jam before... but when I got a caseload of strawberries from our food co-op, I decided to put them to good use. It made 10 jars so the mothers in my life benefited with a jar for Mother's Day. I actually still have strawberries left, so another batch might be in the works. Let me know if you want to claim a jar...
