While researching whale themed cakes on-line, wondering what I should do for Ethan's party, I came across this one that I thought was the cutest thing ever.
My friend Tracy saw it and said, "We can totally do that."
I thought, "There's no way."
But she did.
And it was even cuter than the inspiration.
Here she is: fellow peds onc nurse, fellow mom of boys, and cake boss!
She even put such cute details on Ethan's 'smash' cake!
Tracy- thank you so much for making his 1st birthday cake so special.
We had practiced blowing out candles for days, but Ethan kept trying to eat it as opposed to blowing, so big bro helped out when crunch time came!
Apparently, Ethan thought the cake tasted as good as it looked!
Forget the cake.
I could just eat him up...
...but not if he gets to me first!
