Our church has hosted VBS this week with the cutest theme ever:

I'm sorry, I just can't resist him in those socks!
We stopped by to watch all the kids having fun last night and my kids didn't want to leave.
Mainly because someone gave Ethan a piece of watermelon that instantly became his new favorite food:
& poor Charlie missed the cut to be a 'camper' (you have to be 4) but knew all the songs, so we just joined in. Next year, bud!
Then, my friend Sarah snuck us into the VBS VIP room where all the volunteers get access to treats. It was enough to persuade me to volunteer next year! So, Charlie & I will be all about VBS next year!
