preschool pajama party!

Today Charlie's preschool had a pajama & pumpkin party! I'm guessing the pajama idea was to avoid Halloween costumes, but it took quite a lot of convincing for Charlie to wear his p.j.'s to school. For one, he knew that was not normal (OCD?) and also I had my mom talk it up yesterday while he was at her house to which he concluded he would wear his 'Cars' p.j.s. But since those were dirty, I was trying to talk him into his Halloween p.j.'s and show those who banned Halloween what was up, but he finally landed on his robot p.j.'s. (And at that point I didn't care because at least he was now willing to wear p.j.'s to school.) We arrived 9 minutes late due to the morning sha-na-nagins. But, it was all forgiven, when I showed up to pick him up and they had a cute little program for us mom's to indulge in:
(note: only mom's and grandma's will think this is cute. You can't understand a word they sing. It's supposed to be "the pumpkins in my garden are orange, orange, orange. o-r-a-n-g-e. and something about pumpkins going up and down and all around. I don't know...)
