In Arizona, the lemons are ripe. Between our tree and my grandparents, we had a lot of lemons on our hands! Charlie made it his job to squeeze them and I froze the juice (1 cup/bag) to make lemonade in the summer...Our favorite lemonade recipe:
1 cup lemon juice
4 cups cold water
3/4-1 cup sugar or splenda
...but we had to make one pitcher after all that hard work.
& it was good.
