I made these cookies for small group tonight. They're definitely NOT good for you, but so easy to make because they use a chocolate cake mix. Here's the recipe:
8 oz cream cheese at room temp.
1 stick butter at room temp.
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all together and then add a chocolate cake mix and mix some more
Put the batter in the fridge to stiffen about 2 hours
Roll dough into small balls, roll in powder sugar
bake at 350 degress for 10 minutes
