frozen dinners

I love finding recipes that are easy to freeze. That way if I'm taking the time to cook a meal (other than the easy stuff), I just double up the ingredients and freeze one for when I have no time to cook or to have a ready-made meal to take to a new MOPS mom. Usually I have to double the recipe, but I found this chicken sausage pasta bake from Everyday Food that automatically makes two pans. It took some prep time, but was worth it!
