We were kind of sad that this was our last week on Jonah.
There were so many activities to do related to this story (unlike some of the others where I've been scrambling to come up with something...)
Charlie & I made a big fish cake.
There was nothing prize-worthy about it, but that's what happen when you give a 3 year old full reign of the blue frosting. I had some Swedish Fish :
(heme/onc nurses- it made me think of Dr. Williams, since it was his favorite candy besides peeps & it made me miss him even more...)
My intention was to decorate the fish with the candy-
I told Charlie we should put the little fish in the big fish's belly (like how the fish swallowed Jonah) and he LITERALLY stuck the fish inside the cake. Too cute.
Jonah 4:2
"...I knew that you are a gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger and abounding in love..."
